By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All products sold on this site are intended for commercial or foodservice use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to purchase and use these products in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

2. PRODUCTS & BULK ORDERS

Our bulk snack seasonings are sold in 5 lb and 10 lb cases only.

All products are produced in small batches using real spices and ingredients. Minor variations in color or aroma may occur and do not constitute a defect.

Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes and are not guarantees of suitability for a specific application. Customers are responsible for testing products in their own processes.

3. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities on any order at our discretion.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All bulk seasoning orders ship via UPS Ground parcel service within the contiguous United States only.

  • Shipping rates are flat-rate and weight-based

  • Orders ship in multiple parcel boxes (maximum 10 lb per box)

  • No freight, palletized, or LTL shipments are offered

  • Maximum checkout weight is 200 lb per order

Orders exceeding the maximum checkout weight are not eligible for automatic checkout and require customer contact prior to ordering.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGES

Due to the nature of food products, all bulk seasoning sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so may void eligibility for resolution.

6. ALLERGENS & FOOD SAFETY

Our products are manufactured in facilities that may handle common allergens including (but not limited to) dairy, wheat, soy, and mustard.

Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining suitability for their specific use, labeling, and compliance requirements.

We make no guarantees regarding allergen-free status unless explicitly stated.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including product names, descriptions, images, and branding — is the property of the company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this website.
